Ben Cohen is a blogger for the Huffington Post, he claims to be a writer for ESPN.com and Boxing Monthly Magazine. I’m guessing letters to the editor. I don’t read his blathering unless my arm is twisted and from what I’ve seen I can safely say that If his sports acumen is as sharp as his political insight his best article submitted to ESPN would be titled something like “Detroit Lions: 21st Century Powerhouse” Or “The Buffalo Bills Superbowl Winning Streak Examined”
Cohen recently wrote a piece for the Huffington Post, which for those of you who don’t know is an on-line hangout for posters from the Democratic Underground who finally figured out two extremely tricky tasks: how to tie their shoes and how to wave bye-bye. As you can guess their talent pool is incredibly limited. And like the gene pool, Ben Cohen comes from the shallow end.
I know that his article, 10 Republicans Who Should Go Away, is just an opinion piece, and like assholes everyone has an opinion, but Ben – you need to stop kissing other peoples opinions so deeply, keep your tongue in your mouth fer crying out loud. Ben needs to realize that if you’re going to draw up a list of 10 Republicans, you need to list 10 Republicans. At least 3 of his sited people aren’t Republican. He freely admits that Bill O’Reilly isn’t a Republican – so why did he include him? I’m thinking intellect didn’t play a major part in this article.
For one, he attacks Bill O’Reilly for claiming to be “working class”. Why? Because Michael Kinsey (who once set a record for cups of Kool-Aid drank) said he was “Middle Class” not Working Class. Like Kinsey lapdiving into Bill Clintons crotch, Cohen swallowed that one untill his jaw ached, he even called Kinsey’s opinion “facts“. I was brought up in a “middle class” family and I’ve worked my ass off every day of my life, unlike Ben Cohen I know what working is like, and I’ll never put down a working man because of something that unblinking lizard-like Michael Kinsey said.
Cohen’s writing skills came to the forefront when he decided to attack Sarah Palin. Unfortunately he was writing about Tina Fay. Of course the Governor of the Largest State In The Union doesn’t have the foreign policy experience that Barak Hussein Obama has, Sarah was born in the US. And can prove it. She also had to run for election against opponents to reach office in her career, unlike Barak Hussein Obama.
Now, if I say Ben Cohen is ignorant I want you to remember that ignorant just means that someone doesn’t know something. And when Ben Cohen writes about Michelle Malkin there’s a WHOLE LOT he doesn’t know. He’s probably the most doesn’t know something person I’ve ever seen.
To begin with, he assaults her book “In Defense of Internment: The Case for ‘Racial Profiling’ in World War II and the War on Terror” of course he didn’t read the book. All he read was a poorly written uncited Wikipedia article (no, I’m not kidding, he actually used Wikipedia as a source and actually linked to it – LOL!!!) That’s not all, he even uses Andrew Sullivan as a source too!
If your sides aren’t splitting by now, hang on – it gets better; he knows Michelle is Asian (Ariana Huffington probably helped him out with that one) but get this: he doesn’t know what nationality she is! he writes
The book essentially defends the internment of Japanese Americans during World War Two and argues for more racial profiling of Arabs, which would be a bit like a Jew making the case for the holocaust in the name of German unity.
Can you believe it? I had to read that about 8 times before I realized someone could possibly be that ignorant. Here it is in a nutshell Ben: Michelle’s heritage is Filipino. My great uncle was a Jesuit missionary in the Philippines during WWII, his description of what the Japanese Army did to the people of the Philippines would make ANY Jew say “Damn, we got of easy in WWII”
If Michelle’s opinion of the DEMOCRAT policy of internment of Japanese during WWII is tainted by the suffering of her people at the hands of those animals, I sure a good liberal like Ben Cohen could understand, right? If someone were to claim that Michelle’s opinion of the DEMOCRAT policy of internment of Japanese during WWII was ill informed, I’m sure a good journalist like Ben Cohen would have read the book to find out where she was wrong, right?
I’m also sure that if someone was to say Michelle Malkin is a Republican who should go away, a good writer like Ben Cohen would first find out if Michelle Malkin was a Republican, right?
Yeah right.
The problem with Liberals is that they’ve convinced the American people that they’re Intellectual and that they’re motivated by love and caring. What a lie.
Liberals are haters. Ben Cohen is an ignorant hater. He even had the terminal ignorance to bitch about the best ally the Democrats had in Washington: George Bush. George Bush was bad president because he did stupid things, and the stupidest was to reach out to the Democrats. He gave them the war they begged for in 1998, he let Ted Kennedy write that intellectual abortion called “No Child Left Behind” he let Nancy Pelosi do any damn stupid thing she wanted, he didn’t bother to veto a single spending bill placed before him, but mostly he let Barney Frank and Christopher Dodd singlehandedly destroy the worlds economy. Something Ben Cohen ignorantly blamed on Alan Greenspan.
Hey Ben – Only 3 people called for regulation of the financial industry, George Bush, Alan Greenspan, and John McCain. Your boy Obama made his money off Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac donations, Barney Frank slept with their board members, Chris Dodd blocked any attempt to regulate their transactions, Al Sharpton and Charlie Rangel threatened racism lawsuits against anyone who tried to run their bank with a modicom of respect. How can you be so ignorant of that without massive effort?
The only way you can possibly believe the things you spout is that you are as smart as your article shows (and thanks to Zogby polls we all know about the intellectual horsepower of Barak Hussein Obama supporters), but one hint: de Nile isn’t a river in Montana and Tammy Bruce isn’t going to return your calls.
And Michelle Malkin isn’t a Republican.
So here you go Ben: Mount McKinley, Archdeacons Tower, Mount Logan, Peak 18735, Pico de Orizaba, Mount Saint Elias, Volcán Popocatépetl, Peak 17400, Mount Foraker, and Mount Lucania. Unlike your list of Republicans, my list of mountains are ALL mountains.
